Dr. Weisdorf will review some of the literature-appraisal skills used by physicians and other scientists to recognize strengths and weaknesses in a scientific article, a task that is rarely black and white. He will also give advice on critically interpreting evidence and making smart judgments about what that evidence might mean. Finally, he will demonstrate how these principles apply in a case study. A Q&A session will follow.
